The best treatment for the presence of a mass inside the skull, whether it is a benign or malignant tumor, is the complete surgical removal of that mass and sending it for analysis and histological study to determine its type, degree of malignancy, and extent of its spread. Microsurgery is used to enlarge the components of the brain and show the large and delicate blood vessels and sensitive tissues in the brain to avoid causing harm to them.
